Refunds:

Refunds will be granted only if you notify us within three (3) days of purchase that you would like to cancel your order, minus any processing fees.

After three (3) days, we will grant you credit toward any future class or tutoring session. 

When it comes time to use your credit, please refer to the following:

If the price of a class costs more than the credit on your account,  please enroll in that class via our “Current Offerings” page and notify us in writing that you want to use your credit. You can then send us the difference.

Example: You have $110 in credit and want to enroll in a class that costs $150. You would send us the difference of $40.

If the price of a class costs less than the credit on your account, please notify us in writing that you would like to enroll in a class, and we will apply the credit. The remaining credit can be used towards another class. 

To transfer credit to a friend, please notify us in writing or call us to discuss options.

Credit does not expire.
